🛍️ Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means we accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- In its original condition with tags and packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, log into your account here and submit a return request. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us process your request quickly, please include a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
❌ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Please take into consideration that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
